To be eligible for a return, only two bottles of the same produce can be opened and tried. Should the bottle be over 10 years of age we will not be able to offer a refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Your refund will automatically be applied to your credit card within a certain amount of days.
To return your product, you should contact us on our hotline or at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange for the necessary steps.
