100% Pinot Noir. Meat dishes will be the first choice to match it. Its aromatic power is sufficient to cope with chunky or smooth pâtés, roasted or fried offal, and suppler meats such as pork (roasted or in sauce), well-roasted lamb, or braised veal. It goes best with cheeses that have a well-marked flavour. Serving temperature: 13 to 14°C.
This wine is light and elegant in color with a characteristic fresh cherry Pinot perfume and herbal notes. Vibrant and mouthwatering red fruit, including pure plum and cherry, appears on the palate, with spices and hints of tobacco. Tannins are light with the real structure in this wine coming from the acidity, which gives the wine potential to age. High toast French oak gives the wine additional complexity.
