It is the archetype of a serious wine from champagne and the Cote des Blancs. 50% of the blend comes from the elegant and chalky Mesnil-sur – Oger soil (fermented without malolactic) 25% of Chouilly, 15% of Avize, and 10% of Cramant. It is aged 6 months sur lees in barrels (600 litters) to enhance the richness and complexity.
Pure “0” dosage, mineral with and intense and persistent fragrance, subtle and full bodied tinged with nuts flavors.
