Blend of 65% Grandes and 35% Petites Champagnes, aged between 40 to 60 years. Maison Audry believes that a great cognac is the fruit of a perfect balance between the bouquet provided by the grapes, the oak coming from the cask and the oxidation due to the surrounding atmosphere in the cellar. This balance is achieved through the three major steps in the time consuming cognac making process : distillation, maturing and blend.
