IN THE VINEYARD Continental climate. Deep rocky terrace, with dark Oakleaf soils. THE HARVEST The grapes were sourced from trellised vineyards and bush vines and hand harvested/pickedfully ripe in the autumn month(March). IN THE CELLAR Crushed and destemmed by machine. Placed in stainless steel cooling tanks for 18 days at 14’C. No wood was used to mature the grapes. Stabilised for 5 days at minus 4’C. BLEND INFORMATION 100%Muscat de Alexandrie (Hanepoot)
Aromatic and sweet with well-balanced acidity and crisp, fruity finish. Best enjoyed young and cooled to 15ºC.
