Made from organic grapes sourced mainly from vineyards in Tupungato (Uco Valley) at an altitude of 1200 meters (4000 feet) above sea level, one of the highest points in Mendoza. Harvest Process: Manually from the third week of February to middle of March.
Harvest process: manually. At the beggining of April. Colour: dark ruby colour. Nose: intense red berry notes mixed with sweet spice. Mouth: open-knit elengant in style, with lots of mineral notes, cherry and blackcurrant. It’s bright acidity keeps it refreshing on the finish.The palate is packed with ripe concentrate fruit flavours with hints of tobacco and black pepper. It shows a long structure and fine tannins.
