Originated from the famous wine production region of Veneto, Italy, the wine is made of a balanced mixture of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon & the local grape, Raboso. This blend enriched by the process of drying the Raboso grapes prior to the pressing giving the wine a higher concentration of flavours and scents. The grapes were going through maceration of 20-25 days in wooden vats of 35hl with temperature ranging from 24-26°C to facilitate maximum extraction of the grapes skin pigment. Aging was done in wooden barrels for 14 months.
Color: Deep ruby red Nose: It reminds of cherries, morel, dewberry, black cherry & plum with notes of cannomon, vanilla, tobacco, violet & pepper. Palate: Nicely structured tannins elongate the savoury flavours and combine to create a stunning red that will fast become a fabourite.
