We love Sangiovese! This grape is the most widely cultivated in Chianti, with a signature that smells and tastes like Italy. The vinification process includes maceration in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures to facilitate the extraction of the colouring contained in the grape skins. The wine was then aged in wooden barrels.
Colour: Bright crimson red of good clarity. Nose: Very reminiscent of red fruit jam. Mouth: Rounded, soft body with a full, fruity finish.
