What is Wine.Delivery?
Wine.Delivery is a premium online marketplace for wine and spirits. We are committed to providing a deluxe and hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. Orders submitted by 8pm are delivered the following day for free!
How can I pay for my Wine.Delivery order?
All orders are paid online using major credit cards via Stripe. Stripe is a secure payment solution and you are not required to have a Stripe account to make a payment.
Does Wine.Delivery store my credit card details?
Wine.Delivery does not store any credit card details. If you choose to save a credit card to your account this information will be stored by Stripe, not Wine.Delivery.
Can I amend or cancel my order after confirmation?
We are sorry that we are unable to cancel orders after payment has been confirmed. For changes to your order please contact us via email at email@example.com or call +65 6255 9559. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
How do the delivery charges work?
We do not charge for delivery; free delivery of all orders is part of who we are.
Do I need an account to make a purchase?
You don't need to have an account with Wine.Delivery to place an order but we recommend that you do. Sign Up with us to enjoy express check-out, create your wish lists and access many more features. It's easy. Click on 'Sign Up' and use your social media account to login (Facebook, Google or LinkedIn) or fill in your credentials and click 'Submit'.
When can my wine be delivered?
At checkout you will be able to chose one of two delivery slots; between 2-6pm or between 6-9pm, seven days a week. Each delivery slot has a maximum capacity, so make sure to place your order early to guarantee the slot you want. We deliver to you seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays. Please note that not all wines are available for pickup from our suppliers on weekends, so to ensure availability of all wines for weekend deliveries consider placing your orders before 8pm Thursday evening.
How do I update my email, password, delivery or billing address?
Once you've signed up and are logged in, you can click on your name at the top of the home page. Here, you can edit your account information.
Can I return my purchase?
Sorry, we are unable to accept returns of goods sold. However, in the unlikely event that something is wrong with your purchase, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide international shipping at this time.
Will there be an additional charge for redelivery?
There is no charge for one redelivery, we know that the unexpected can happen. We would appreciate if you could let us know at email@example.com or phone us at +65 6255 9559 to reschedule your delivery as early as possible.
When can I receive my order?
For any order placed before 8pm we can provide next day delivery during your chosen time slot (2-6pm or 6-9pm). Alternatively, you may also opt for a specific later date that better suits your schedule.
What if I can't be there at the agreed upon time of delivery?
Our logistics executive will get in touch with you before the delivery time. If you would like to change the delivery date or time, just let us know via email firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at +65 6255 9559.
Can I request a specific delivery time for the order?
Do indicate your request to us via email email@example.com, we will try our best to make it work.
Can I use Wine.Delivery to send gifts?
We will place your gift in a wine bag (for a single bottle) / box (for two or more bottles) and deliver it to your special someone. We can also send your wine with a gift card if you would like to include a message, just choose the gift option at checkout or drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I send a gift to somebody in Singapore from overseas?
Absolutely! Please make sure the local delivery address includes the unit number and Singapore postal code. Let us know the name and contact number of the recipient, our friendly staff will get in touch with them to ensure the delivery process is successful.
